Jens Engelhardt

Jens Engelhardt is Lawyer, certified Copyright- and Media-Law attorney and certified IT-law attorney.

At first Jens Engelhardt was working as a legal advisor and expert for data protection with Skill Portal and was responsible for the areas IT/IP-law, company law and data protection law.

At the beginning of 2003 he founded the law office “Engelhardt + Braune” specialised in all areas of intellectual property.

The sectors of priority of his consultancy services are national and international IT-/ IP-law and media law with intersections to commercial law (distribution) and company law (block exemption) as well as to cartel- (block exemption) and labour law (freelancer, protection regulations with enterprises serving ideological purposes).

More-over Jens Engelhardt is member of the Notos-live-group “Politics and Public Relations” and advises political parties, governments, parliamentary groups, holders of seats or political mandates in Land and Federal Parliaments / Governments as well as enterprises and associations on federal-, land- and community levels.
